Great rope toy for aggressive chewers
Our Australian Cattle Dog is incredibly energetic and can tear through most toys in no time, so I was pleasantly surprised by how well this rope toy has held up. The thick cotton rope and sturdy knots make it perfect for tug-of-war and chewing, and the 3-foot length gives us plenty of room to play together. It's become one of our dog's favorite toys, and I like that it also encourages healthy chewing and helps keep them occupied. While no toy is truly indestructible with a determined chewer, this one has lasted much better than many others we've tried.
Lasts way longer without threads breaking
Have a high energy large dog and he adores these! We've gone through even some super expensive ropes from pet stores promising they will last yet they are destroyed in a couple uses. This is his second one and the first only had one badly worn spot with threads loose after months of heavy use. He was so excited when his new one came today. For value for the price and durability I will stick to these every time. Very chew resistant, great size!
Great and durable
It's a rope. My dog doesn't aggressively chew his rope but we do tug of war with it and it's still holding strong. He likes to knock the knots and untie them. The knots in the rope are still holding. All you need is a rope and a dog and it's as easy to use as pulling it. Even though it's been in his mouth it doesn't smell at all.
Nice rope. Not for aggressive chewers.
Nice, soft rope. My dog loved it. Unfortunately, within 5 minutes, he was pulling the strands apart, and trying to swallow them. I should have paid attention when I read "not for aggressive chewers." Big dogs can easily pull the rope apart, strand by strand.
