Perfect for my senior dog
My 12.5 year-old puppy Calvin has been showing signs of joint pain lately, and he was looking uncomfortable eating from his bowl on the floor. He's 54 pounds and measures about 11 inches from the lowest part of his chest to the ground. This one is just shy of 10 inches high and it's perfect. The item came well packaged, all parts were in the box, plus extra screws and bumper pads. Assembly was simple, I put it together singlehandedly in under 10 minutes. Seeing how much easier it is for Calvin to reach his food and water is the most important thing. I would definitely recommend it to other senior-pet parents.
Sturdy dish holder
Love this dog dish holder. Went together well and is very sturdy and easy to clean. Helps my dog now and she has less acid reflux now that her food is elevated. She's a medium sized boxer mix and this is a perfect height for her.
Roger loves his new doggy diner
I'm very pleased with this elevated feeding station, and so is my dog Roger. I have doctor's orders not to bend over, and putting down food and water bowls daily has been excruciating for me. I was initially afraid this would be too tall, but it's actually perfect, and Roger thinks so as well. This stand is sturdy and attractive, and it was not too difficult to assemble. I highly recommend it.

Nice product, wish the water bowl was larger
I bought this raised dog bowl a few months ago for my 45 lb pittie mix. It's a good height for her. The style is simple and it's easy to clean under. I wish the bowls were a little bigger because I have three dogs and they all drink out of this water bowl, so I have to fill it constantly. But for one dog it's just fine. The couple of times I bumped it, it moves a bit but doesn't tip. All in all, a decent buy.
Some pieces arrived splintering
Bowls were both dented, and some wood pieces were splintering. Looks like they weren't cut so great. This bowl size Large is really the right size for a medium dog, it is not big enough for a large dog. If your dog is over 50 lbs go with the XL. Not hard to assemble.
